Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At Divine Heart CPR, we respect both our customers' time and our instructors' commitment to providing high-quality training. To ensure fairness, we have established the following policies:

1. No-Show Policy – No Refunds
If a student fails to attend their scheduled class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

More than 48 Hours’ Notice: One-time free reschedule, subject to availability.

Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: A $25 rescheduling fee applies.

Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: No rescheduling or refunds.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 72 Hours Before Class: 50% refund or one-time free reschedule.

72-24 Hours Before Class: No refunds, but rescheduling is allowed with a $25 fee.

Less than 24 Hours Before Class: No refunds or reschedules.

4. Late Arrivals

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry and subject to the rescheduling policy.

5. Minimum Enrollment Clause

If Divine Heart CPR must cancel a class due to low enrollment, students will be offered a free reschedule or full refund.

6. Inclement Weather & Instructor Emergency Policy

If Divine Heart CPR cancels a class due to severe weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or free reschedule.

7. Group & Corporate Bookings

Deposit Requirement: Groups of 4+ students must pay a non-refundable 50% deposit at booking.

Rescheduling for Groups:

More than 7 days’ notice → One free reschedule.

3-7 days’ notice → $50 rescheduling fee per group.

Less than 3 days’ notice → No refunds or reschedules.

8. Digital & Blended Course Policy

No Refunds for Online Course Keys: Once purchased, online course access keys are non-refundable.

Students must complete the online portion before attending the in-person skills session.

9. Re-Certification Failure Policy
-
If a student fails their CPR skills check or written exam, they may retake it once at no additional charge (within 30 days).

Additional retests require a $50 fee.
​
10. Payment & Agreement Terms
-
Full payment is required at booking. We accept credit cards and PayPal only (no cash or checks).
